Instructions
Mix all the dry spices in a bowl and rub them onto the ribs.
Arrange the spareribs upright in the slow cooker, thick ends down.
Cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
Transfer to a broiler-safe pan and brush with a sauce made from the remaining ingredients.
Broil for 5 minutes until the sauce bubbles and gets a little charred.
Notes
For best results, cook on low for 7-8 hours.
