Mini Frozen Yogurt Parfaits topped with berries

To make mini parfaits in bulk for a party, assemble them in individual cups, seal them with plastic wrap or lids, and freeze them ahead of time.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or flavored
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Parfait Cups: Layer yogurt, a drizzle of honey or syrup, granola, and fresh berries in small cups or molds.
  • Freeze: Place the cups in the freezer for at least 2 hours to set.
  • Serve: Garnish with more berries and nuts before serving. Enjoy as a refreshing snack or dessert!
  • Tropical Parfait: Use coconut yogurt and top with mango, pineapple, and shredded coconut for a tropical flavor.
  • Chocolate-Covered Parfait: Add chocolate chips, cocoa nibs, or drizzle with melted chocolate for a sweet twist.
  • Peanut Butter & Jelly Parfait: Swirl in peanut butter and top with homemade or store-bought fruit preserves.
  • Chia Seed Parfait: Layer with chia seeds soaked overnight in almond milk for added fiber and omega-3s.
