Interparfums, Inc., a global leader in luxury fragrance production, has announced a groundbreaking agreement with its French subsidiary, Interparfums SA, acquiring the rights to Off-White’s brand names and trademarks in Class 3 (fragrance and cosmetic products). This strategic acquisition positions Interparfums to take the reins of Off-White’s fragrance offerings after an existing licensing agreement concludes on December 31, 2025.
This collaboration marks the beginning of a long-term partnership between Off-White and Interparfums, focusing on innovative strategies, product launches, and global market expansion. Virgil Abloh was born to Ghanaian immigrant parents. His mother, a seamstress, introduced him to the world of design and craftsmanship at an early age. He pursued a civil engineering degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison before obtaining a master’s degree in architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT). While studying architecture, Abloh began experimenting with fashion, blending his technical skills with his burgeoning interest in culture and art.
Abloh’s rise to prominence began with his collaboration with rapper and entrepreneur Kanye West. In 2009, he secured an internship at Fendi alongside West.
