Dorit Kemsley Regretful About RHOBH Return?

Dorit’s Tough Year: A Rollercoaster of Drama

2024 was a tough year for Dorit. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star faced drama in her personal life and with her friendships. First, she shocked everyone by announcing her split from her husband, Paul “PK” Kemsley. Then, to make things worse, she had a falling out with her longtime friend, Kyle Richards. Dorit revealed the emotional toll these struggles took on her. In fact, she almost quit RHOBH after six seasons.

Feeling Tired of the Bullsh-t

Dorit wasnโ€™t holding back. Sheโ€™s been through it. In a recent interview with Vogue, she spilled the tea about how she felt during Season 13 of the show. She admitted she was โ€œtired of the bulls–t.โ€ The castโ€™s treatment of her was just too much to handle.

โ€œI was tired of this and that,โ€ Dorit confessed. โ€œSome of the ladies mistook my kindness for weakness. They treated me horribly.โ€ She made it clear: Erika Jayne was the only person in the group who had her back.

Nearly Walking Away From RHOBH

Dorit didnโ€™t know if she could keep going. She was on the fence right up until the last minute. Thatโ€™s when she reached out to Lisa Rinna for advice. Lisa told her, โ€œYou sound like you have big feelings.โ€ She told Dorit, โ€œIf youโ€™re over it, thereโ€™s a whole world out there. But if youโ€™re not, go in and speak your truth.โ€ Dorit agreed. โ€œShe was right, I had a lot to say. I had to put everything out there. I thought, โ€˜If Iโ€™m doing the show, Iโ€™m doing it all.โ€™โ€

No Regrets About Coming Back

So, did Dorit regret coming back for Season 14? No way. In fact, sheโ€™s glad she stayed. โ€œIt was liberating. Even personally, I needed it,โ€ she revealed. โ€œIโ€™ve heard a lot of people say, โ€˜Dorit finally found her voice.โ€™ But thatโ€™s not what happened. I felt broken, fractured. I didnโ€™t have much support from the women. And my husband wasnโ€™t there either. But I came out of that dark place. Now, I feel stronger, more confident.โ€

Doritโ€™s message was clear: Season 14 was the one she needed. And, judging by the audience’s response, sheโ€™s glad she stuck with it. โ€œIโ€™m ready for a powerful 2025,โ€ she said with confidence.

The Struggle of Watching Her Castmatesโ€™ Confessionals

But not everything about her return has been smooth sailing. Dorit admitted that watching the show, especially her castmatesโ€™ confessionals, can be tough. โ€œItโ€™s never easy to hear people say bad things about you,โ€ she said. But sheโ€™s not afraid of it. โ€œHonestly, I like watching when they talk behind my back. If theyโ€™re too scared to say it to my face, theyโ€™ll say it in their confessional. Thatโ€™s cowardly. Some women in the group stay quiet and say nothing, but then you see them talking trash in their confessional. Thatโ€™s just the way it is.โ€

Sheโ€™s not fazed, though. Doritโ€™s ready to speak her truth, no matter what the others say behind her back. Season 14 may have had its ups and downs, but it seems like Dorit is more than ready to face whatever comes next.
