Ingredients:

For the Meatballs:
  • 1 lb ground beef (or a mix of beef and pork)

Instructions:

  1. Make the Meatballs:
    • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning (if using). Mix until just combined (don’t overmix).
    • Roll the mixture into 1- to 1.5-inch meatballs.
  2. Cook the Meatballs:
