1. Agreement to Terms
This Terms of Service agreement (the “Terms”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “user”) and Real Superwoman LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of WomanEdit (womanedit.com), as well as the other websites in our network: WomanEdit (womanedit.com), DailyNewsEdit (dailynewsedit.com), TheManEdit (themanedit.com), and USLive (uslive.com) (collectively, the “Services” or “Websites”).
By accessing, reading, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our Services.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclosure
To provide a wide array of timely content, our Websites utilize advanced artificial intelligence (AI) to assist in the creation of some articles and reports. This content is reviewed and edited by our human editorial staff to ensure it meets our standards of accuracy and quality. We are committed to transparency and will identify content that has been significantly generated by AI.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Services to:

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL REAL SUPERWOMAN LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Real Superwoman LLC and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Services, or a breach of these Terms.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be determined by binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, before a single arbitrator. The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. YOU AGREE THAT, BY ENTERING INTO THESE TERMS, YOU AND REAL SUPERWOMAN LLC ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
